1. Order Cancellation

a) Cancellation Before Dispatch

• Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched from our facility.
• To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at care@slyee.in with your order details.
• Once approved, the full amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

b) Cancellation After Dispatch

• Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
• In such cases, customers may refer to our Return & Exchange Policy (if applicable).

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

• Order cancelled before dispatch
• Product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
• Order lost in transit (confirmed by courier partner)

All refund requests are subject to verification by Slyee Store / Vinayak Industrial Private Limited.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• Products damaged due to misuse, washing, or improper handling
• Minor color variations due to screen or lighting differences
• Requests raised after the allowed return/refund period
• Products marked as Final Sale / Non-Returnable on the Website

4. Refund Process

• Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment only.

5. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the refund is due to:

• Order cancelled before dispatch

6. Return to Origin (RTO) Orders

If an order is returned to us due to:

• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Customer unavailable or refusal to accept delivery

Then:

• Refunds will be processed after deducting applicable shipping and handling charges
• Re-shipping may be offered at additional cost

7. Manufacturing Defects

All products are manufactured by Vinayak Industrial Private Limited.
Manufacturing defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear images or videos, for assessment and approval.

8. Fraud Prevention

Slyee Store and Vinayak Industrial Private Limited reserve the right to:

• Decline refund requests suspected of misuse or fraud
• Suspend accounts engaged in repeated or abusive refund claims
